Raj Jaswa is the CEO, President, and Chairman of Dyyno, Inc. Prior to Dyyno, Raj was the President and Board Director of the Silicon Valley chapter of TiE, the world's largest nonprofit fostering entrepreneurship. Prior to that, Raj served as Co-founder, Chairman, CEO, and President of Selectica (Nasdaq: SLTC), an enterprise software company. During Raj's tenure, Selectica was named to the Forbes 500, Deloitte & Touche Technology Fast 500, Software 500, Inc. 500, and Interactive Week 500. Selectica reached a peak market value of $5 billion in 2000. Prior to Selectica, Raj served as Co-founder, President, and Board Director of Opti (Nasdaq: OPTI), and previously as EVP of Sales & Marketing. Opti was the world's largest supplier of PC chipsets with a peak market value of $350 million in the mid-90s.
Raj serves, or has served, as a Board Director at Jareva (Symantec), Appstream (Symantec), Blue Pumpkin Software (Verint), and FusionOps. Earlier in his career, Raj worked for Intel, General Electric, and Chips & Technologies. Raj received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the IIT, Bombay, a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Stetson University, Deland, Florida.
Ken heads up the Corporate development effort at Dyyno, Inc. He is also the Managing Director (MD) of Mirador Capital. Prior to founding Mirador Capital, Ken served as a MD of Osprey Ventures. He is also co-founder and MD of Mentor Venture Partners, an early stage venture investment partnership. Ken has been active in the software and information processing industry since the early 1980s. Prior to Mentor, he worked with The NASDAQ Stock Market and served on its President's Advisory Board. Ken previously worked at Ingres Corporation where he held a variety of positions in engineering and support, including serving as VP of Engineering. Prior to that Gene Kleiner hired Ken as the first full-time employee of ReSound Corporation (NASDAQ:RSND) where he developed marketing strategy, product specifications, business plans, raised funding, and negotiated technology agreements. Prior to ReSound, Ken spent five years at Hewlett-Packard in sales and marketing positions. Ken got his BA in Economics and Human Biology from Stanford University and MBA from UCLA. He is a past President of The Churchill Club, a TIE charter member, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Commonwealth Club.
Vamshi heads up Marketing and Strategy at Dyyno, Inc. Prior to Dyyno, Vamshi was the Senior Director of Marketing at Sonoa Systems, a Norwest and Bay Partners funded company, where he drove field and customer acquisition marketing for the industry's first Secure Cloud Gateway. Prior to Sonoa, he was an acting VP of Marketing at various SaaS and Cloud Computing startups. Prior to that, Vamshi spent almost eight years at the BPM & middleware pioneer Vitria, where as the Director of Product Marketing he launched several products and industry specific solutions. Earlier in his career Vamshi was a Senior Consultant at Sabre, where he led several airline solutions implementations. He has a master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor's in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Andhra University. Vamshi is an active member of TiE Silicon Valley and led Marketing for the recent TiEcon's.
Siddhartha leads the Engineering team at Dyyno, Inc. Prior to Dyyno, he worked at Hewlett-Packard Labs in Palo Alto designing and implementing StarTalk, a novel two-tier network system that enables panel discussions over the Internet. Prior to HP, Siddhartha worked at Microsoft Research Cambridge designing RedCarpet, an efficient system to deliver Video-on-Demand (VoD) using mesh-based network. During his Ph.D., he worked on Shark, a scalable and secure distributed file system developed for wide-area deployment that enables modestly-provisioned file servers to scale to hundreds of clients. Siddhartha did research work at Stanford University, received his Ph.D. and master's degrees in Computer Science from the New York University, and his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from IIT, Madras.
Nishida is the Principal Scientist at Dyyno, Inc as well as the chairman of the IETF working group on Multipath TCP. The Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) develops and promotes Internet standards and Nishida's primary focus is on developing and standardizing new TCP protocols which can support multi-path transmission to a single endpoint. Prior to Dyyno, he worked for Sony Computer Science Labs, Inc. and Sony U.S. Research Labs for eight years as a Senior Researcher. Prior to that, Nishida was an Associate Professor of graduate school of Keio University. He is an expert in the area of network protocol and made several contributions to the emerging new network protocols including as IPv6, S CTP, and DCCP. Nishida received his master's and Ph.D. degrees from Keio University. He is also involved with the WIDE research project and serves as Area Director and SCTP working group Chair.
Nanda leads the Customer Services as well as QA and Release teams at Dyyno, Inc. Prior to Dyyno, he was the offshore Development Manager at Financial Engines where he ran the quality assurance, development, and automation functions. Prior to Financial Engines, Nanda was a key member at various companies including Selectica, HP and Novell. Nanda has a Masters in Computer Science from Santa Clara University and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from REC Trichy, India.
Shankar leads the IT Operations & Deployment Services team at Dyyno, Inc. Shankar brings strong business analytical skills and technical know-how from his 15 years of experience in IT ranging from architecting, designing failover system solutions to managing hybrid IT infrastructure. Prior to Dyyno, Shankar was the Chief Architect of TiE Global System (TGS), a CMS driven collaborative product which he designed and then oversaw the development process to a successful launch. Prior to TGS, he Co-founded WinStrata, where he led the IT & Engineering Services for the CMS solution. Prior to WinStrata, Shankar worked in various capacities in IT at 123signup, newScale, and audiohighway.com and was instrumental in laying solid IT and deployment processes. He has bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University, India.
